Something about this song connects with people.

My flatmates knew all the words to it despite only hearing it at some of my shows. I had one particular friend keep asking me, "When is Tangled Up coming out?!". Over time their tone became more and more frustrated! I'd even had people come up to me in tears after I'd performed it at a show because it had touched something they were going through at the time.

All of this happened before the song was released...

This is why I want to share this stripped back version with you. Tangled Up in its original form. This is how my flatmates learned all the words. And this is what made my friend really frustrated at me :)
